Our first moose sighting, much to Lindsay's disbelief.

Quebec - Unibroue, Ephemere (Pomme)

smoothness: like a cats tongue/10

flavour: gives a sugar hangover/10

palate: light and lingering/10

overall: 7.3/10

Ontario - Steelback, Honey Brown

smoothness: slides right down/10

flavour: sweet, rich, fruity, hearty/10

palate: had head in a bottle/10

overall: 8.7/10

Manitoba - Fort Garry, Dark Ale

smoothness: guiness' lighter cousin/10

flavour: like a creamy pale ale/10

palate: I could probably drink three/10

overall: 7.9/10

Alberta - Kenmount Road Chocolate Stout
smoothness: like liquefied dessert/10
flavour: not quite chocolate, not quite beer/10
palate: I definitely could not drink three/10
overall: 7/10
